Abe’s Garden Community’s memory support services extend well beyond residential living. We can support families from the moment their loved one is diagnosed.
For seniors who could use support and/or companionship to live their best lives at home,
we offer an array of convenient home care services.

Abe’s Garden Community Group
Abe’s Garden Community Group is an engaging social and support group for independent participants in the earliest stages of Alzheimer’s disease or dementia. The Community Group meets on campus for four hours twice weekly and customizes discussions, multidisciplinary learning opportunities, and reminiscent and brain health activities based on members’ life stories, capabilities and interests.
Abe’s Garden Club
Abe’s Garden Club is our on-campus day program. It’s designed for individuals living at home with early to mid stages of Alzheimer’s disease or memory loss who would benefit from the exceptional care and exclusive engagement programs offered to residents living in our Abe’s Garden Community Memory Support Center of Excellence.
Abe’s Garden at Home
Abe’s Garden at Home is our in-home care program for local, Nashville-area seniors who live on or off campus. Abe’s Garden at Home provides companionship, activities of daily living assistance, mind and body wellness support, outing help, and an exclusive engagement support program. Our Home Engagement Coordinators learn participant’s unique needs, abilities and interests to create opportunities that enhance their quality of life. We support participants through a wide range of activities and self-care tasks … all while providing a much-deserved respite for family caregivers.
