Beth Zeitlin Named Capital Campaign Director
Nashville, Tenn. (July 31, 2008) — Beth M. Zeitlin of Nashville has been named capital campaign director for Abe’s Garden. The announcement was made by the board of directors of Abe’s Garden.
Mrs. Zeitlin is responsible for the development of a $10 - 15 million capital and endowment fund campaign to fund our master planned Abe’s Garden community that will offer a full continuum of treatment and care for those afflicted individuals with Alzheimer’s and other dementia-related diseases. The Alzheimer’s community will become an enhancement to Abe’s Garden’s current independent living apartments for seniors called Park Manor (www.parkmanorapts.com) which resides on 7.4 acres of land in Belle Meade.
She will continue to serve as development director after the campaign, responsible for organizing and implementing the development plan for this long term care campus that will offer a complete continuum of senior residential options within one community from independent living and assisted living to skilled nursing and a transformative model of memory care services.
A Nashville native, Zeitlin previously served as Middle Tennessee director for the American Diabetes Association. She has over 22 years of experience in sales, marketing and public relations, working with nonprofit and for profit organizations, including the Nashville Symphony, Shirley Zeitlin and Company, Realtors, the Nashville Convention Center, and the Nashville Zoo.
Incorporated in April 2007, Abe’s Garden is managed by a 14-member board of directors.
